About Spruce

an URBAN OASIS equals...

With a full renovation completed in 2012, Park Place became the first building in Seattle to receive the highly distinguished LEED-EB Platinum certification.

Sophisticated exterior and interior renovation designed by world renowned Gensler Architects, combined with stunning views of Mt. Rainier and Puget Sound and the adjacent 3-acre Freeway Park make Park Place truly an urban oasis.

Flexible floor plans, upgraded and efficient building systems, secure, high-capacity bike storage, and excellent parking make Park Place the complete modern office option.

Park Place is within easy walking distance off the financial, legal and retail districts of downtown Seattle as well as the Washington Athletic Club and a multitude of restaurants, hotels and theaters resulting in a WALK score of 98 out of 100.

Park Place is centrally located with easy access to downtown's major I-5 freeway ramps as well as Metro bus lines and the Sound Transit light rail stations.

Locally owned and managed by Washington Holdings, Park Place is truly a part of the community of downtown Seattle.
